DDIA is the vision of founder Dadisi Sanyika. We exist to listen. We believe the only way to build a productive partnership with our clients is to listen, intently. We listen to better understand how our clients do business now and want to do business in the future. And, once we are done listening, we tell our clients what we’ve heard until both sides are clear about what is and what must be done. Then and only then, do we set out to design their solution. We know that listening is just part of understanding; we must communicate effectively with our clients, if we are to succeed.
